The moment was captured in a video that was shared on Instagram. In the video, Wilson turned to Kelly and said, "Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world." At this surprising proposal, Ozzy, 76, jumped in with a classic dad moment and his reaction was something to look at. He was happily surprised and said, "F--- off, you're not marrying my daughter."
